Reithrom is a non-VAT registered company.
Therefore, VAT is not charged on orders.
Customers are responsible for any local taxes or import charges that may apply under the laws of their country.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Reithrom is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to a failed delivery, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
